This time around our newsletter comes with a major change. Not only do we want to let you know what is happening in Malang and in Bali, but we also want to know from you, what YOUR thoughts and impressions are. GLAMOROUS BATIK NIGHTS

Shake off the old year and welcome 2010 with a cheerful spirit. Our team will accompany you throughout the night with entertaining activities in glamorous batik atmosphere and oldies songs. The activities include: Live music, lucky draw, most romantic couple award, best dressed batik award, dance party and much more. 

The delicious dinner in stylish ambience at the poolside will set your mood for the celebration. The event takes place in Malang on December 31^st 2009, starting at 8 p.m.

SPA SERVICES
In our drive to increase the range and quality of our services, The Graha Cakra Bali Hotel started offering spa and massages. From now on our guests do not have to leave the hotel to loosen those tense muscles or to enjoy a heavenly Green Tea Scrub. From facial, hand and foot treatment over a varied Bhedana Healing Menu to Tibetan Bodywork we provide everything that your heart and soul may desire.  

SUITE VILLA

Due to popular demand, we decided to add more rooms to our current capacity in Bali. Not only did we add more capacity, we also upgraded our offering.

We now have a Villa Suite, with its stunning 115m² of space, provides comfort to up to 4 grown ups. It features a kitchenette, 2 TVs, a living room, dining area, bathroom and bedroom. It has a royal king-sized bed and extra beds can be added upon request. The inauguration was on September 19^th, 2009 and was occupied the very next day.  

JULIA ROBERTS COMES TO BALI FOR NEW MOVIE
Starting on October 16 2009, Paramount Pictures started shooting the movie “Eat, pray, love” on the beautiful island of Bali. With “Pretty woman” star Julia Roberts in the main role and Brad Pitt as the producer, this movie is set to become THE blockbuster of 2010/11. It is based on a book with the same title written as a personal memoir by Elizabeth Gilbert during her one year long journey around the world.  

The story is divided into three stage, as the title hints: eat - suggesting worldy pleasures in Rome, pray - hinting at spiritual pleasures in India and ultimely love in Bali where both worldly and godly pleasures are combined into one happy ending. 

For those of you who cannot wait to get the full story, we suggest you get the sneak preview and buy the book. Alternatively, you can wait a year for the movie. For those who want to experience the love in Bali personally, are welcome with us all year round.
